We have a “No Cancellation Policy” where customers cannot cancel bookings that they have made.
Our kost facilities are intended only forregistered and registered tenants. If the tenant wishes to host guests, then a rate of Rp. 250,000 per person per night is required. There is a maximum of 2 people perroom, and if the guest(s) stays for more than 1 day, he/she must provide government-approved identification (PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD [KTP] / DRIVER’S LICENSE [SIM] / PASSPORT).

No, we provide rental and payment terms in a 1-month, 3-months, 6-months or 12-months contract.
a. Kost renters are required to pay a deposit of Rp. 500,000 - Rp. 1,000,000 (depending on each unit) at the time of registration for safety reasons.

b. The deposit will be deducted if the occupant is proven to have violated / damaged the kost facility. The deposit will be returned when the occupant’s stay period is over and not extended by bank transfer within a maximum of 7 working days.

a. Smoking, electronic cigarettes (vape), shisha (hookah), etc is PROHIBITED in the room and inside the kost building. Smoking is only allowed in open or designated areas. If a renter violates this rule, a fine of Rp 2,000,000 will be charged per incident. In case of repeated offence, RoomMe is forced to permanently terminate the resident’s contract until further investigation.

b. DO NOT close, remove, change position or turn off the CCTVs in the kost building area. If a renter violates this rule, a fine of Rp 2,000,000 will be charged per incident.

c. DO NOT bring or keep any type of animals in the area. If a renter violates this rule, a fine of Rp 2,000,000 will be charged per incident.

d. To maintain mutual comfort,renters are requested to maintain order and cleanliness of the kost environment. Kost renters are not allowed to scribble on walls or room doors, stick posters, etc or alter the room in such a way that leaves permanent mark.

RoomMe.id ("us", "we", or "our") operates the RoomMe.id - Tenant App mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

RoomMe is registered brand owned and managed by PT. Duit Orang Tua in Indonesia teritory.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.     Service is the RoomMe.id - Tenant App mobile application operated by RoomMe.id

To register your property on the listing and to book your kost space, you are required to make a user account on RoomMe. If you are a member of RoomMe and own an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may report to us any suspicious activities but we are not responsible for breaches caused by sharing of information. By being a member of RoomMe and creating an account, you agree that we reserve allrights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
